Freight costs are calculated in two ways:

As a small business, we aim to subsidise shipping where possible, but margins don't always allow it. We charge what we're charged by carriers, often less. This is why your freight charge updates as you add products to your cart, reflecting the most accurate cost for your specific order.
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return from the dispatch date (excluding clearance and final sale items).
To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns are refunded to the original payment method, less a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
The restocking fee does not apply to faulty or incorrect items under Australian Consumer Law.
This product comes with 3-year warranty.

Looking for a direct upgrade from your stock intercooler? This Stage 2 intercooler is designed to suit Mitsubishi Pajero NS, NT, NW and NX models with the 3.2L turbo diesel engine (2006–2021). With a larger core and up to 30% more airflow than stock, it helps reduce intake temperatures for better towing, off-road performance and all-round efficiency.
We run this exact intercooler on our own Pajero and have tested it on long trips, beach runs and regular towing. It’s a reliable, bolt-in upgrade that delivers more consistent performance and better cooling, especially when your engine’s working hard.
Stage 1 vs Stage 2 – What’s the difference?
Stage 2 features stronger bottom mounts that are more resistant to bending, slightly more airflow (manufacturer-claimed), and comes with a longer 3-year warranty compared to 2 years on Stage 1.
Why we rate it:
I decided to give a new life to my Pajero’s air intake system and invested in the BGT 4x4 stage two intercooler plus silicone hoses. I am not too experienced with mechanical works, but do a fair bit of DIY, so after watching a few YouTube videos, I decided to take on the swap myself. It took me a good five hours, including the fixing of a broken fan shroud clip (oops..) and replenishing the lost coolant from the disconnected radiator hose with a system bleed. The trickiest part was the removal and replacement of the bottom fan shroud attachment, but I took my time and got there finally. Test drove the car and everything is running super smooth. Having the upgraded system gives me some piece of mind when doing heavy 4wd work.

Great upgrade. Just towed my 2.5 ton van from Victoria to Queensland with the new intercooler in my NT Pagero. Definitely noticed the difference going up hills. Only negative is that my mechanic said he had to modify a bracket to fit it onto place; there is no mention of this in the website. Still he said it was pretty straight forward. Worth the investment. Thanks BGT 4x4.
